This piece is decorated with mostly vintage ribbon and trim arranged in patchwork, then pinned down with small round sequins. Each pin is dipped in glue before inserting into this very firmly stuffed heart.
The outer edge is decorated with a black velvet tube trim which has been glued on, then decorated with flower sequins and beads.
This heart is not just for Valentines day. Hang it on a doorknob or anywhere you would put a tassle, or just prop it with your pillows for the unexpected touch.
