This cute altered mail box is the perfect container to hold all those handmade valentine's you'll be receiving this year! It is also the perfect item for your child to bring to school. This mail box is made of high-quality metal, painted in white and covered with acid-free/lignin free papers and embellishments. The top layer is a patterned paper, white paper decorated with pink, coral, maroon, and black hearts, that look like pieces of newsprint. The bottom layer, which acts as a matting layer, is a textured black cardstock. The lid of the mail box is fully functional, and decorated with a hand stamped & glitter detailed owl [this owl has shimmery hearts all around him & he carries love notes in his beak!]. The stamped image is double matted with red, then coral textured cardstock, inked around all the edges. The flag on this mini valentine's mail box is also fully functional. It is embellished with coordinating ribbons and paper heart embellishment. On the side of the mailbox, ribbon is also ruffled/pleated to give special texture and dimension.
The inside dimensions of this mail box are approximately 3" wide x 3 1/2" tall x 5" long.
The complete dimensions are approximately 3 1/8" wide x 3 3/4" tall x 5 1/8" long.
This item comes with a plastic bag to keep dust away during storage.
