Papa Tofu is a 76 page vegan cookzine that is crammed full of recipes, thoughtful advice and the occasional craft project.
Most of the recipes are gleaned from ones I've posted online over the years, either on http://pakupaku.info or http://kitteekake.blogspot.com. This print copy is designed to be a convenient carry-with-you-all-the-time booklet, so you can cook without getting powdered sugar in your keyboard.
Chapters include: Ethiopian, Southern, Misc., and Tooth Rotters.
