I've used Michael Miller's Plain Jane Lil' Daisy in Turquoise combined with his First Sight Dots in Red and White for this bright and pretty apron. The colors in the fabric include turquoise, red, and white. The neck and waist ribbons are white.
This is my own fun and functional design. I’ve made the bib wide and tall for good coverage and the skirt is an a-line to flatter every figure. I use 100% cotton designer fabrics and all of my aprons are fully lined with cotton muslin so that all seams are enclosed. The neck and waist ties are solid colored grosgrain ribbons. The neck ribbons are 3/8 inches wide and the waist ribbons are 7/8 inches wide. There are 2 pockets on the skirt to hold your recipe cards, spoons, etc.
Measurements are approximate since my aprons are handmade so each one will be slightly different.
Bib - 11 x 11 inches (27.9 cm x 27.9 cm)
Waistband - 21 1/2 inches long (54.6 cm)
Skirt below band - 12 1/2 inches (31.8 cm)
Pockets - 5 1/4 x 6 1/4 (13.3 cm x 15.9 cm)
Each neck ribbon is 30 inches long for a total of 60 inches (152.4 cm). Each waist ribbon is 40 inches long for a total of 80 inches (203.2 cm).
Care instructions:
Machine wash with like colors in cold water. Hang to dry for best results. Warm iron if needed.
One size should fit most.
