This is a bib collar shape necklace, and it can be used both side. Front is goldish and the back is a gold genuine leather as well. I used lace crochet shape on it before laser cut. There is a big green faceted gemstone at one side. On the picture it reflects as round but the one left in my hand is more oval than round shape. It is tied with sterling silver chain, and adjustable.
