The fabric is called Carnival Bloom. Gorgeous!!! The lining is a lime green cotton solid.

~Approximately 7” tall x 11” wide
~Strap is 20” long
~Materials include cotton fabric, a magnetic snap, heavy duty stabilizer and thick fleece interfacing
~Machine wash, hang to dry.
