Tongs are hand shaped and assembled innovative springs allow them to remain open for use, and, when rotated all the way around, these springs allow the tongs to fold flat for storage. Made of unstained solid Cherry and treated with a coat of my food safe blend of mineral oil and beeswax I call Board Balm, these utensils are as easy to care for as they are to use: simply hand wash, rinse and dry. They feature a solid copper hinge. They feel silky smooth in your hand and are a generous 12" long.
