Here's a Fabulous original steel engraved map of Paris back in 1906!
If you ever find yourself traveling back in time and find yourself on the streets of Paris back in 1903, you'll be able to navigate your way around the city with grace and ease!
This fine map is illustrated in yummy soft pastel colors; all done in those gorgeous shades of Carnation Pinks and Aquas that early mapmakers loved so much, with lettering done in German in a beautiful Gutenburg calligraphy text. The lovely satin-finished paper measures 9.25" x 11.25" and it's folded in the center as it was when it was first issued 105 years ago.
'1906 Map Of Paris' is printed on heavy quality paper stock and it's in wonderful condition – the paper is smooth and clean without tanning, wrinkles, foxing or flaw. This beautiful antique map is a real gem.
Matted, framed and displayed as a gallery grouping, these wonderful old Edwardian Era maps are simply spectacular. (Please note that the framed examples in the last photo are to show how this might look when it's framed. Your map will come unframed.)
