this is one super cute little brooch to snazz up any boring ensemble! layers of pinstripe and cream fabric are sewn together in ruffles and circles to create a beautiful pinwheel effect. accents of burgundy are added in and it's all topped off with a pearly off white button. great for adding zest to any cardigan, coat, or clutch!
