The daring young girl on the flying trapeze is embroidered in red and charcoal on antique homespun linen. This piece is made up of three pieces each with the same girl in various stages of flight. The porcelain doll arms are from Germany and were dug from the earth from the grounds of an old doll factory that operated between 1890-1920. There is a string of circus flags made of wool felt that drapes across all three pieces. Each piece is framed in a vintage embroidery hoop that meausures 5 1/4 inches in diameter. The daring young girl on the flying trapeze is backed in gray wool felt where it is signed and dated. It hangs with gray vintage satin trim.
This is a made to order piece. Please allow me one week to complete your embroidery. If you'd like to choose your own colors please feel free to let me know.
