One night while watching Antiques Roadshow a little vase was shown that had beautiful silhouettes of monochromatic blue and it inspired me to try my hand at a monochrome painting. The little vase was beautiful and it was fun to try something different. Hope you enjoy

The Crane papers do not use any optical brighteners to enhance the white point of the paper and it gives you the richest blacks and the whitest whites. I love this paper .

Colors in monitors are always different and this one just can't convey the beauty here. So rich and deep and vibrant, the Antwerp blue here really gets so interesting up in the tree tops. Very beautiful.
