The Skirt measures 37" long with a 27 " waist. Double button with a panel to expose the burgundy velvet stripes.It also has extra material wrap , gathered, which drapes from side to rear. There is a nice tan pleated trim along the bottom edge. The skirt is very full and I have worn it with 3 slips and 1 crinoline. I am 5 feet tall and with an 1 1\/2 inch boot this garment does not drag.
The jacket is cut small. All the original buttons are there. They are brass tone with a floral design. The waist measurement is about 25" with a 15" drop from the neck to waist before the flare with is another 3 1\/2". The shoulders across are 12". The sleeves drop down from the shoulder 19". The cuff is about 8" round. I can get my hands through comfortable. The jacket has tan lining. I would say bust is about 29" and collar 14".
They were much smaller back then.
There a two worn spots that I have photographer and the band for the waist needs to be reinforced.
Since I have gained weight the top I can button at the top and bottom but cannot button the rib cage section. so I add a shirt under it and use black hair ties to close most of it with a lace scarf to hide the ties
