Tiny Victorian Pin Purple Amethyst Glass Gold Gilt C1880 February Birthstone

Tiny! This is an antique Victorian gold gilt pin. The center stone is a faceted amethyst glass. It is bezel set. Pretty! Surrounding the stone are tiny little crescent moon shapes done in repousse. The pin has a simple C clasp that is in working order. The pin dates to c1880.

Measurements:
1" by 3/4"

Condition:
The gold gilt is over a base metal and does show some wear. There is a slight bend in the pin. The glass has some scuffing on the surface.
