10K Ring With Cherry Red Stone, Size 4.5, 1970s

This is a vintage 10K solid gold ring from the 1960's or 1970's. The ring has a cherry red crystal stone, the stone is synthetic, not a gemstone, but a nice synthetic none the less. The ring is size 4/5. The stone is 9mm by 7mm, oval cut. The ring has a textured setting in an asymmetrical style surrounding the stone. The top of the ring is 7/16 by 1/2 inches. The gold has minor use and wear marks, but no dents, dings, or scuffs. The ring shank is round and not bent out of shape. The stone is free of chips, cracks, scratches, or scuffs. The ring is marked 10K on the inside of the band. On the other side of the band it is marked "AJ" for the artisan. This is a very cute vintage ring with an interesting design.
