This listing is for three beautiful 1950s cup and saucers that I redecorated with my screenprinted lots of dots pattern. This is such beautiful mid-century modern crockery! It was designed by the well-known Dutch ceramics designer Edmond Bellefroid in the 1950s and his crockery is highly collectible in the Netherlands these days.
I have a matching teapot, cookie jar and sugar and cream set available, check my other listings for those!
These cup & saucers are fired on a high temperature and are therefore fit for daily use. However, they're really old so they're best treated gently! I don't recommend putting them in the dishwasher (though it shouldn't be a problem if it happens once ;)): they should be dishwasher-safe, but I can't guarantee the colors remain as vivid as they are now in the long run. So just a bit of hot water and soap will keep them in good shape!
