These skirts are made from recycled men's neckties which have been gathered and ruched into a full skirt and can be worn with a tulle underskirt. The tulle in the skirt portion can be made into a tutu (sold seperately) or can be permanently sewn in depending on your preference.

These dresses and skirts are great for cocktail parties, clubbing or any other fun, festive event. They are all one-of-a-kind, handmade and absolutely adorable! Because they are made from recycled materials, they can never be exactly duplicated. These are not cookie-cutter, mass produced pieces!
