And I really enjoy those white tart/pie plate, they're so simple and elegant.
SO I decided to make one, two,... many(!) in miniature! The last picture show some of them (yes "some" :D and there are still more to come!)
This tart is covered with thick crême patissière and topped with banana, kiwi, lemon and blueberries!
It would be perfect in any pastry shop or in grandmother's kitchen :) Perfect on a dessert buffet as well!
