3 inch X 3 inch ceramic dragonfly tile. This tile was made by pressing a dragonfly into wet clay and making a plaster mold of the tile. Mid range stoneware clay was used for this tile. I mixed the glaze used for this tile by hand. There is an indentation in the back of the tile so that it can hang from a nail. Felt pads have also been added to help protect your wall or your table if you should decide to use this tile as a coffee cup coaster. The dragonfly used for this project was found dead, no dragonfliess were harmed in the making of this tile!
Please note... Glaze varies from tile to tile. No two Dragonfly Tiles are exactly alike. The tile you receive may not look exactly like the tile in the picture, but it is guaranteed to gorgeous and unique!
