Russ is about to retire Spencer Bear, so snap this one up, quick! Even though this little Spencer has been around for a while he's in perfect condition. We haven't hand washed Spencer because he is filled with plastic beads, if you'd like to give Spencer a bath you can use a damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap.
