Woven into this piece you'll find many of the characters in the story. In the center, next to the focal flower you'll find Thumbelina herself with her new set of wings. The sparrow who carrier her to the southern country is below and to her left. The butterfly she tied her sash to is below and to her right. The field mouse she spent the winter with is above and right. The crown given to her by the flower angel King hangs from the first section right. The toad is first section left. Toward the back dangles the spider that wove Tiny's wedding dress for her marriage to the mole. Please convo me if you'd like to see more photos of this project.
Imagine this necklace paired with a spring wedding gown, the trellis' at the rear dangling gracefully down the back of the neck. Fit for a fairy princess.
