Living in a naval town we used to see sailors all the time when I was just a little girl and how handsome they were in there uniforms.
One sunny afternoon I was out with my mummy and we were walking along down to Chatham when we walked into a huge bunch of sailors...... must have been 20 at least!! Well I remembered that my mummy had said how handsome sailors looked so I said in my loudest voice "Mummy you like sailors don't you?"
The sailors were all very pleased to hear this and mummy went very very red........ but she forgave me after all I was only 3 years old.
