Gorgeous 1970's Full length Dress. plisse pleated collar and peplum at high waist. sheer fabric overlays a soft acetate type fabric. really lovely for spring and summer.
very small tear in the lining under right arm. not visible from the outside of the dress.

waist; 22-32 elastic
hips: 38 inches
i'm assuming the sheer fabric is a polyester or polyester blend.
