This extraordinary needle case was designed by me and is perfect for circular knitting needles.
It is made of cotton by Marimekko, a Finnish company, renowned for its high quality cotton prints.
I love the print for its very special colourway. There are not only black and yellow dots, but also anthracite, grey, and midnight blue rows, which makes it very lively and structured at the same time.
The outside measures 13cm x 16 cm (closed) and Its 7 compartments are made of 100% pure merino felt in medium grey.
Inbetween the compartments there are little slots to hold size cards (not included).
When you fan up the case you can see the contents right away - maybe you would like to put 2 circulars in each pocket.
The edging, made of cotton bias tape, ending up as a closing strap, underlines the elegant look of this case.
