These gorgeous stones have been selected from Rick's best quality 4mm turquoise from the Sleeping Beauty Mine in Arizona. It is known for the stunning, vivid light blue color that you see here; the most valuable is clear and solid without matrix. He has made them into sterling posts that have become one of his signature earrings. When he first created this design almost twenty years ago, the idea was to present the stone in a setting that would leave it open to view while holding it securely in place, allowing the light from all directions to enhance the stone color. His loose bezel setting lets it rotate slightly on the wire that passes through.

The ear wires are 21 gauge (.028), our smallest width for earrings which guarantees a universal fit. The clutches are also sterling.
