This is a great outfit for summer whether you are a sailor or not. The red and white striped top is made from a wonderfully soft cotton/poly interlock knit, and the "clam digger" pants are made from navy cotton duck. I love the details of this Oliver + s design from the front panel with its four buttons to the stitching on the top. The pants have an elastic back waist. The buttons at the neck of the top make it easy to pull on.
