Victorian cuffs are my favorite things to make.This cuff was created from decorator taffeta. I used cream taffeta to create the stripes and black taffeta for the main body. This cuff is super lightweight, yet looks full of body and substance. The lace at the bottom edge is so soft and delicate, it's almost like a whisper. I ruffled a piece of the cream taffeta with a rolled hem in black rayon thread for the extra drama along the top. The back is a corsetted closure laced with black ribbon through 5 pairs of eyelets. This cuff is washable (by hand).

The cuff measures approx. 7 inches from top to bottom. It is 8 1/2 inches around at the top and 8 inches around at the bottom. It will fit a size 7 wrist or larger.
