For fun, I've provided a little personality profile about Ethel...
Ethel is ready for high tea in this beautiful Julia chintz fabric by Royal Winton.
Her favorite tea flavor is Earl Grey, with a touch of honey. She’s a minimalist and claims to detest accumulation, and yet has 18 cats in her home! Ethel says they’re ‘family”, not objects.
A few of Ethel’s favorite movies are “Guess Who's Coming to Dinner” and "Desk Set".
Favorite actors, Katherine Hepburn, Sydney Poitier and Johnny Depp.
Favorite Quote- “Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most!”
Each MRS.T.BAGG comes with a handmade Art Trading Card featuring this purchased doll, signed by the artist... Me!
Yes, Richard Simmons liked MRS.T.BAGG so much, he took Eleanor home with him! The picture featured above of me and Richard was taken at the New York Toy Fair 2000. Of course you understand, I'm not bragging that a celebrity owns a MRS.T.BAGG :) I just wanted to show you the true size of the little darlings! LOL
The "soul" purpose of this charming little doll is to make you smile! She is a teacup size cameo bust, not intended for children.
Ethel is from my collection of little teacup size dolls known as MRS.T.BAGG. She's just the right size for snuggling in your favorite teacup!
Ethel is a resin reproduction of my original sculpture and is wearing a lovely starched crocheted hat decorated with bows, beads and colorful flowers to match her chintz "dress". Ethel's little bust of a body is filled with poly pellets (small plastic beads) and on her vintage lace collar is a tiny, antique button "brooch". (It's important to note here that the button/brooch on your purchase may vary slightly from the one shown in the photograph, adding to the uniqueness of your MRS.T.BAGG! I invite you to review my generous return policy). Ethel is then completed with a personal “tea tag” with her name on it.
Sorry, teacup is not included in your purchase. But what a wonderful excuse for browsing about in your favorite antique store for just the right cup and saucer!
