I took half of this tulip scarf I bought at a thrift store, and sewd a channel on the top underside, through which a green satin tie wraps around the neck...making pretty gathers...sort of like a mini cape.

I like the elegant green satin bow worn towards the side (photos don't show that very well)...the scarf isn't real wide, so it doesn't cover your whole front...it's just a unique way to wear a scarf!

Scarf is 100 % polyester...made in Italy.

Be ready for Spring with these lovely fuchia and pink tulips!
