This lovely summer dress and pants set is made from a beautiful soft liberty lawn fabric. This design, known as Felicite C, originated in 1933. The pretty fabric features delicate pink roses and little blue flowers with pale green leaves on a cream background. The softly gathered skirt falls from a bib top with practical wide shoulder straps, in a style to suit any little girl. The bodice is fastened at the back with 2 pearly buttons, and the back of the skirt, which is left open, overlaps.The matching pants have an elasticated waist, and the elasticated legs have an attractive frill, which sets off the oufit nicely.
The dress measure approx. 14 ½ inches (37 cm) from the top of the shoulder strap to the hem, and the chest measures approx. 20 inches (51 cm.), leaving plenty of room for baby to wear a little t shirt under the dress.
