Please note that samples are sent out from in-house stock so your choice of colour cannot be guarenteed. We do however include a colour swatch card as well as a printout of font options to help with these decisions. Cost of samples will be redeemed upon placing an order.

~~~~~PERSONALISATION~~~~~
We can personalise invites, name cards, and address labels for a set up fee of $30.00 (per item). We will send you an excel template for this.
~~~~~PROCESS~~~~~
A. If after receiving your sample you would like to proceed with an order, please email us on hello [!at] rubyandwillow.co.nz and let us know what quantity you would like to order and what extras you require.
B. Upon receiving your order we will post a custom listing for a 50% deposit. Once this has been received and we have all the information we require from you, we will start working on your proofs. We will send these out within 5 days of payment being received. Two rounds of proofs are included.
C. Once we receive sign-off on the proofs, we will post another custom listing for the final payment. At this stage we will send your job to print.
D. Completed jobs will be sent out 2-4 weeks after ordering. This time will vary slightly due to our workload, however we will give you an estimate when we begin.

~~~~~CUSTOMISATION~~~~~
You can select your ink colour, fonts and your choice or wording. Coloured envelopes are also available, please ask for our stock availability.

We have a minimum order of 50 invitation sets. We can accommodate smaller orders however they will incur a set up fee. Please email us at hello [!at] rubyandwillow.co.nz about this.
~~~~~SHIPPING~~~~~
All orders are designed and printed in NZ and will ship within 4 weeks (shipping time is approximately 7-10 days to the US).
