We make our granola from scratch in a certified, licensed kitchen (license # 085014) in Galena, IL. Our product is lightly baked in small batches as orders come in and keeps well at room temperature (refrigerate for long-lasting freshness). Each bag is heat sealed and has a reclosable zipper top.

Our granola is made without wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, or soy, however it is manufactured in a facility that also processes these common allergens.
