I received the earrings and one of the hoops fell off the earring two times. I contact the owner who said if I sent the earrings back she would repair. Repair? Seems that there is something wrong with them and even though the offer was to repair - I feel they should have been replaced. Not happy with customer service from this owner and will not purchase anything else. So since I posted this review I have been in touch with Jennifer and she solved the problem with the earrings by sending me a new pair. Thanks Jennifer for your prompt solution to the problem. The earrings are so pretty and I am completely happy with the new pair.
