Beautiful beach pottery shard from Scotland is the focal piece of this delightful necklace. I have hand fabricated an oval and round link lightly oxidized copper chain and added two torch fired enamel disk links in a wonderful cream color to complement the pottery shard.
Chain is hand soldered and forged copper with a light oxidized finish that has been finished with steel wool to let the warm glow of the copper show through. Pottery shard is terra cotta red and has a wonderful light cream finish with dainty blue daisy flowers on one side.
Pottery shard measures approx. 1 3/8 inch by 7/8 inch not including oxidized copper bail. Handmade chain is approx 19 inches with hand forged copper hook and eye clasp. Torch fired enamel disks measure approx. 1/2 inch diameter.
This is a one of a kind art jewelry piece. OOAK.
