This skirt is made of black pin-stripe light absorbing velvet. It has 3 layers of ruffles, decorated with black lace. It's shorter on front and longer on back. It can be fully opened with snap buttons, which are also closure for this skirt.
It can be worn on low-waist and also as high waist skirt.
!!!I no longer have the black pin-stripe fabric with grey lines, but I have the same type pinstripe fabric with brown stripes. Skirt can be made from simple black corduroy or velvet fabric, or any other you inquire, if available
