The glass pieces have been cut by hand, wrapped with copper foil and then soldered together both front and back. Lead channel frame has been wrapped around the entire balloon for strength, stability and a finished look. Two loops have been soldered to the back of the balloon with chain included for hanging.
The overall measurement of this hot air balloon suncatcher is 10 1/2 inches tall by 7 3/4 inches wide (27cm x 20 cm), the balloon itself measures 8 1/4 inches tall (21 cm).
