Whether you would like to add this to your RETRO kitchen display or buy it for a garden party, this red and white table and chairs are READY to be played with. It's super sturdy and heavy duty. Made for kids to enjoy, yet hold up to many years of playing. It's from my personal collection. I LOVE it, but I am ready to share it with someone else now.
It came to me with the white paint touched up. The set is in GREAT shape. There is a red vinyl type of covering on the table and chairs. There have been repairs made to the table covering, but no open tears remain. There are still some nicks in the paint, but it doesn't take away from the charm. The white looks very white and clean. The table has sturdy hinges/latches that lock when the table is set up. The chairs are stable and strong also. When the set is not in use, it folds up and stores away easily.
The dishes set is dainty and made from plastic. It is not perfect, but so cute with the table and chairs. It has plastic silverware with it, red paper napkins, 4 plates and saucers with scalloped edges, 3 cups, a creamer, tea pot, and small jelly jar with a red gingham lid. The white plastic hob nail teapot is missing the lid and the lace top edge is partially missing. The little pin wheel goes with it also. It all is stored in a box that someone covered with red and white contact paper.
