Glass is securely attached to a painted wood block (measures 4" tall, 1.5" wide, 1/2" thick).

Two screws secure the white hook to the block. The hook stands out approx 1.5" from the block
To hang:
Two slot bits have been drilled in the back, so all you need are 2 screws! Super easy, and secure!
(I'll also include double sided adhesive)
