Mehendi, or henna, is all about creating beautiful patterns and pictures on the skin. This asymmetrical antiqued brass paisley shaped pendant reminded me of mehendi designs that women in India draw on their hands and feet. I have attached this lovely pendant to a beautiful antiqued brass chain, which is closed by a matching lobster clasp. A blue bird connects the charm to the chain and a white glass teardrop pearl dangles below. This necklace is simply beautiful with a V-necked shirt or dress. Simple enough to wear everyday, but also eye-catching and unique to wear for special occasions. You can also wear this necklace two ways, with the charm horizontally, or vertically.
