1. We will not copy other designers
2. Ribbons can be changed to custom colors please note however that not all colors are available in wide widths(such as 3 1/2"- 4"), please allow extra time for hard to find colors
3. We accept custom orders on a limited basis, please inquire about lead time, please be specific state your deadline, attach picture, inspiration and any other details that might be helpful.
4.Custom Made items are subject to extra fee that is calculated as follows: 15% of total value of ready made item (plus cost of any extra/ added materials if that applies) need to be paid in full before work starts.
5. During Custom order process we will send you convo updates status of your order and provide pictures for your approval, making sure that all of your requirements are made prior to shipping.
