Created from "junk" paper collected by myself and with contributions from http://Crafterall.etsy.com and GP's STAR RECYCLERS (see profile for complete list).
Each tag is unique and individually made with a screen and then shaped and hand-cut into a heart and measures approx. 3" in circumference. The front of the tag is Marine colored and the back of the tag is Overcast colored. They have a quilted like appearance and the seeds are visible giving the tags loads of visual appeal!
They have been triple pressed, hot pressed and dried indoors to preserve the color.
All the content is 100% recycled.
They hang with a 12" piece of hemp twine threaded through the metal eyelets.
They have been stamped on the backs with simple planting instructions using my own custom stamp made by http://terbearco.etsy.com and the official Green Post freshness stamp.

To plant:
In Spring, after the last frost, tear tag into small pieces and sow directly in weed-free soil; about 1/4" beneath the surface. Choose a sunny location and water daily. Soon you will have lovely wildflowers that will attract butterflies and other winged friends!
