It's on a padded blue lace Gilligan O'Malley base. I then layered a big piece of gorgeous vintage cream lace over it, and decorated that with vintage, flower-embroidered black velvet trim. Around the bottom of the cups is a strip of ripped, ragged chocolate velvet. Finish this with a sprinkling of vintage buttons in blue, cream, and forest, and - my favorite - two lovely Indian mirrored focals.
Be the most delicious 'set' in the room - no matter what room you're in. ;)
