Vintage Crochet Pattern 1960s 1970s Maxi Skirt made from Crocheted Granny Squares

Crochet pattern for an attractive lady's maxi skirt assembled from individually crocheted squares. Effective .. yet so simple ... an iconic 1960s design

Published by EMU (UK) circa 1970 - pattern no 2875

Instructions given for two sizes: 36"/38" and 40"/42" hips (actual measurements 40" or 44" hips)

Designed to be made in a medium weight yarn (UK DK - double knitting - or equivalent) using a 4.50mm crochet hook
This is a relatively straightforward design to work. There is also guidance on 'how to' crochet

Please note; this is a UK pattern and adjustments may need to be made by international crocheters - e.g. crochet abbreviations

** The pattern is basically good - no inscriptions or stains - some light creasing. BUT - please note - it has been cropped by someone right the way down the right-hand side - presumably so it would fit into a folder(?) - please see photo. This has not impinged on the intructions, which are complete and legible. Despite this flaw, I felt it was still worth listing as it's such a pretty - and wearable - design

You are purchasing the ORIGINAL pattern, not a copy
