This listing is for one cover and insert. In grays and natural tones felt, cotton jersey and fleece fabric, each “stone” is hand painted with details and texture and filled with polyester fiber. Then glued and hand-tacked in place to a base pillow made out of a light gray fleece with a velcro closure.
