Using a photo you provide, I do a portrait design and use a gel transfer technique to embed it onto canvas. (It looks as though the design has been printed onto the canvas - with a slightly raised, gloss, look.)
Mini portraits make unique gifts and are small enough to be displayed on a work desk or kitchen bench. They make a wonderful Mother's of Father's Day gift. The canvas can be placed on its own little birchwood easel, or hung on a wall, (using a tiny nail - of course!)
The majority of time taken to make a Mini Portrait is in the design process. So, once I have the design, I can offer the product again at huge discount -

Sorry - I don't do portraits of children under one year old, because their faces haven't got enough distinctive features to look good in a stencil portrait design.
Size:
Easels are 12cm (4.7") high
The canvas is 5cm x 7cm (2" x 2.7")
The canvas' are made from cotton, with a wood frame. The easels are made from birchwood, have a moveable hinge at the top, and are coated with varnish. The back of the canvas is covered with thick card.
Mini Portraits take two weeks to make.
