I introduced flower frog lids to Etsy several years ago, since I loved the ease of using them to arrange flowers! The original IDEA to sell just the flower frog LIDS came as a result of a customer request to be able to add them to her own jars! There are many "copies" out there now, but handmade flower lids started here!
With your flowers, your jars, and these handmade lids you can make BEAUTIFUL arrangements. Your flowers stay in place when inserted between the wire divisions!
The 3rd photo pictured is an arrangement I made with the flower frog lid and flowers I picked from my garden. For more ideas, please read the bottom of this listing!

If you don't have jars, there are antique or used jars available, or purchase new inexpensive clear canning jars at grocery or hardware stores. Add different items to clear jars, like river rock or inexpensive gem stones, using colors to match your wedding colors. Use for centerpieces and then give as party favors or wedding favors, after your event!
I’ve been making these lids, for years. Along with a jar, they make a wonderful gift. Once the flowers are faded, friends are left with a gift that can be used AGAIN. Flower frog insert can be removed for easy washing, and used over and over.
I've had customers purchase the Flower Frog lids for Hostess Gifts, Garden Club gifts, or Christmas stocking stuffer gifts. What a GREAT idea!

USES FOR THE MASON JAR FLOWER FROG LID:

*Floral Arrangements, picked from your garden, wild flowers, or arranged with flowers purchased at the market
*Wedding bouquets or centerpieces
*Cookie Bouquets- cookies with a stick added during the final moments of baking. Wrapped in colored plastic wrap, tied with a bow, and then arranged in the Mason jar using the flower frog lid
*Balloon Bouquet- blow up your own balloons and add to a balloon stick. Arrange in different heights in the jar with the flower frog lid. Add jeweled stones, rocks, or candy, etc…inside the jar to add more decoration
*Winter arrangement- cut evergreen, Boxwood, Red Twig Dogwood, etc….or feathers such as Peacock feathers along with some other natural pieces to make a nature arrangement
*Early Spring bouquet- Use jar with the flower frog lid to arrange cuttings from bushes or trees in the spring, to force them to bloom early.
