This design is handmade by me in my Melbourne studio.
It features three human teeth bezel set onto a ring made of silver. The width of the ring depends on the width of the tooth. Every creation is different depending on the characteristics and size of the tooth. This one I have slightly blackened for extra drama.
I have already sold this piece, but can make up another one to order. It is time consuming so can take up to 4 weeks for you to receive. But let me know if you have a deadline and I will try my best to accommodate it.
I have a small but growing collection of donated teeth from interested friends, friends of friends, strangers, and tooth-fairy's. They are all different and unique, and are often mistaken for ivory pieces by admirers. Teeth are sentimental, recycled, beautiful and somehow unusual (we see teeth every day, but in this context they are incredible). I have also sterlilised them all.
If you happen to have a collection of your own family's teeth, I am happy to use your teeth if you send them to me. Although keep in mind that this is the same price, due to the amount of time it takes me to prepare the teeth and create the individual settings.
My makers mark along with the metal stamp guaranteeing the purity of the metal content is stamped inside the ring.
Please get your finger professionally sized at a jewellers so I can custom make a size that is comfortable.
I ship worldwide for free and due to the high value of my jewellery, I always use registered post.
All my work comes packaged in an incredible box that I have handmade, a book with a secret compartment cut into the pages. It looks great as a display box or as a hidden safe keeping place
