The bag itself is a size LARGE snack bag and measures approximately 10X7 inches.It is deeper and can easily hold a man-size portion of pretzels (I'm mainly referring to my boys :)) It is made of a strong, waterproof nylon, the pictures make it look a bit tan, but I do think it leans a bit towards the gold/tan spectrum, beautiful color!
