Love the Mad Hatter but don't want the weight/size of his original hat? Want to have a fun headpiece you can wear everywhere you go?
This mini top hat is a 1/3 scale of the original Mad Hatter hat that Depp wears in Alice in Wonderland. It's lightweight, attaches with a comb and elastic to stay in to even the most difficult hair, and the durable construction means it'll last you years to come!
The hat is entirely handsewn from milinery wire, Pellon, and Fosshape. It's covered in the same fabric as my full size hatter (shown, not included in the listing. Check out my shop to see the full size hat!) and the same attention to detail has been paid.
The hat features: Peacock feather to one side, 10/6 hand burnt card stitched in, salmon hatband with frayed and v-cut edges, decorative stitching around brim and top of hat, inset patches hand-dyed and painted to match the original, hatpins scaled down to match the original, and a clip to wear the hat at a jaunty angle on your head.
The hatpins shown are placeholders, the hat will be shipped with more accurate pins to the original.
