It is a chic dress or tunic (so bohemian layered over jeans or leggings). It is also a lovely, really ethereal, beach or pool cover-up. It features soft 3/4 sleeves with a flattering drawstring under the bust and a lovely cut-out deep V neckline.
This piece is made from cotton voile found during my travels in India. The pattern is called Beckoning Creatures. It's a somewhat sheer white with chic floral print (just layer with a tank underneath). The print reminds me of a garden in South Africa.

-Medium: 6-8
-Large: 10-12
I prefer to hand wash and hang dry... but its up to you!
