This tutu dress is so whimsical yet simple. The top is composed from black and white striped cotton. It has a scoop neck style which is lined around the neck, arms and waist with black jersey cotton. The bottom is made from white tulle and is lined underneath for comfort.

This dress is made to order and takes 2-3 weeks to create.
